  • Delivery is only to serviceable areas and COD is required at the time of delivery

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays

  • Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued in cash or as mutually agreed

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded
